Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks may include responding to phone calls and emails, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with other departments to address customer needs.
