The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cocktail preparation, customer service, and fine dining experience. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting unique and high-quality beverages while providing exceptional service to our guests.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks.</li><li>Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.</li><li>Engage with customers to provide recommendations based on their preferences and enhance their overall experience.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Toast POS.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.</li><li>Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure the highest standards of quality.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff during restaurant hours and events to provide seamless service.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently while maintaining quality service.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and brewing techniques.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a Mixologist or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.</li><li>Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or catering services is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
