Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant & nightclub environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cocktail preparation, customer service, and fine dining experience. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting unique and high-quality beverages while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations based on their preferences and enhance their overall experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Toast POS.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during restaurant hours and events to provide seamless service.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and brewing techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or catering services is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
