Job Title: RecruiterDepartment: Human Resources / Operations Employment Status: Full-Time (or Part-Time, if applicable) Reports To: President / Vice PresidentJob SummaryThe Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified security personnel to meet the staffing needs of Full Throttle Security (FTS). This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all hires meet company standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance while supporting rapid growth and high-quality service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Hiring<ul><li>Source candidates for security officer and related positions using job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach</li><li>Screen applicants through phone interviews and in-person/virtual interviews</li><li>Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns as needed</li><li>Extend job offers and communicate hiring decisions clearly and professionally</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Collect and verify required documentation (licenses, IDs, certifications, background info)</li><li>Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements</li><li>Ensure new hires meet all state, client, and company compliance standards</li><li>Support onboarding processes, including orientation scheduling and system setup</li></ul>Pipeline &amp; Workforce Planning<ul><li>Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future staffing needs</li><li>Work closely with operations and scheduling teams to anticipate hiring demands</li><li>Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, applicant flow, and retention trends</li></ul>Systems &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in company systems (e.g., Connecteam or ATS)</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information</li><li>Assist with maintaining recruiting SOPs and process improvements</li></ul>Employer Branding &amp; Communication<ul><li>Represent Full Throttle Security professionally to candidates and community partners</li><li>Promote FTS culture, values, and growth opportunities</li><li>Respond promptly and respectfully to candidate inquiries</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>1+ year of recruiting, HR, or staffing experience (security industry preferred but not required)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency with basic office software and hiring platforms</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience recruiting security guards or field-based personnel</li><li>Familiarity with licensing and compliance requirements for security officers</li><li>Experience using scheduling or workforce management systems (e.g., Connecteam)</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills</li><li>Attention to detail and compliance accuracy</li><li>Professional judgment and discretion</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Results-driven with a sense of urgency</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>May require flexible hours to support hiring needs</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Administrative: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Recruiting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Orlando, FL 32807 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
