We&rsquo;re expanding rapidly, and we&rsquo;re looking for someone smart, proactive, and resourceful to help us build our property supply network.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Summary
 
 
 
 You will be responsible for
 
 finding and onboarding new property partners
 
 &mdash; hostels, hotels, private landlords, student accommodation providers, and guesthouses.
 
 
 This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outreach, negotiation, and research. You&rsquo;ll also explore new opportunities and support our operational systems.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do (Responsibilities)
 
 
 
 
 Supply Acquisition
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and contact potential property partners via email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and property platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pitch Fun-Stay&rsquo;s model and onboard partners into our network.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain structured records of outreach, responses, and negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help negotiate rates, commissions, and availability with partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source properties in multiple cities (initially Ireland, Spain, Portugal).
 </li>
 <li>
 Supply onboarding targets
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Research &amp; Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Research new markets, accommodation trends, pricing, and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support expansion projects (new cities, new categories, new pricing models).
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with basic data entry, updating inventory sheets, and internal systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse supply gaps and suggest new acquisition strategies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills Needed
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent communication (English required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident with email outreach + structured follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Basic IT skills:
 
 Google Sheets, CRM tools, data research, email platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Not required but a plus: experience in hospitality, real estate, sales, or lead generation.
 </li>
