Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Office Support for our commercial lines insurance division. This position does not require a license but offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in the insurance industry while providing crucial administrative and customer service support. Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, policy changes, claims inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Policy Management: Assist in policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals for commercial insurance clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. Data Entry: Input and maintain client information and policy details accurately into our database systems. Documentation: Prepare and process insurance certificates, endorsements, binders, and other policy-related documents as required. Support Tasks: Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, mailing, and managing correspondence. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery. Team Collaboration: Work closely with insurance agents and underwriters to support their efforts in securing and servicing commercial insurance policies. Compliance: Ensure all tasks and processes adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or office administration is preferred. Familiarity with commercial lines insurance terminology and processes is advantageous. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software systems quickly. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business administration or insurance-related fields is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience. The selected candidates will provide ON-SITE administrative and technical oversight for all construction activities. Please apply if you possess the following education and competencies: Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field - preferred. 5+ years of experience working on large commercial construction projects managing all on-site construction activities including field staff, subcontractors and consultants. Ability to interpret building plans and specs. OSHA 10 Certification Required. OSHA 30 Certification Preferred. Experience administering jobsite safety programs and quality management. Working knowledge of CPM Schedule. Working knowledge of cost report and labor production report. Thorough knowledge of subcontract language. Ability to work with and manage multiple people.
