As an Escrow Officer II, you&rsquo;ll manage moderately complex transactions and support junior team members. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership path.
 What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Oversee residential, commercial, and national transactions</li><li>
Prepare and present closing documents</li><li>
Ensure compliance and resolve issues proactively</li><li>
Provide guidance to junior officers and assistants</li><li>
Represent the company in client and community relationships</li><li>
Perform notary duties and educate clients as needed</li></ul>
 What You Bring<ul><li>
2&ndash;3 years of experience in escrow or real estate</li><li>
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow systems</li><li>
Valid Notary Commission and driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>
