Elevate Your Escrow Expertise

As an Escrow Officer II, you’ll manage moderately complex transactions and support junior team members. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership path.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee residential, commercial, and national transactions
  • Prepare and present closing documents
  • Ensure compliance and resolve issues proactively
  • Provide guidance to junior officers and assistants
  • Represent the company in client and community relationships
  • Perform notary duties and educate clients as needed

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in escrow or real estate
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow systems
  • Valid Notary Commission and driver’s license
