We value accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement in how we operate.Role OverviewThis is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring daily operational data is accurate, reconciled, and actionable.You will not just pull reports &mdash; you will understand what the numbers mean, question inconsistencies, and proactively flag issues, trends, and risks. The role requires strong analytical thinking, business awareness, and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations &amp; Reconciliation<ul><li>Reconcile daily orders, shipments, returns, and cancellations across Shopify, Odoo ERP, and sales channels</li><li>Monitor fulfillment status and identify delays, mismatches, or system issues</li><li>Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to resolve operational issues</li><li>Ensure inventory movements and order statuses are accurately reflected in systems</li><li>Additional tasks assigned as needed</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports</li><li>Track and monitor key KPIs, including:</li><li>Order accuracy</li><li>Fulfillment timelines</li><li>Returns and cancellations</li><li>Inventory discrepancies</li><li>Perform basic margin and sales analysis and flag anomalies such as pricing errors, unusual costs, or negative margins</li></ul>Business &amp; Analytical Support<ul><li>Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and recurring issues in operational data</li><li>Ask the right questions when data does not align</li><li>Translate data into clear, actionable insights for management (what happened, why it matters, what to check)</li><li>Support management with clean, reliable data for decision-making</li></ul>Process Discipline<ul><li>Follow established SOPs for reporting and reconciliation</li><li>Help improve documentation and reporting processes</li><li>Support audits, system reviews, and data clean-ups when required</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years experience in operations, reporting, finance support, or business analysis</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo experience preferred)</li><li>Strong Excel skills, including:</li><li>Pivot tables</li><li>XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP</li><li>IF formulas</li><li>Basic automation using structured templates and repeatable workflows</li><li>Comfortable working with large datasets and reconciling multiple data sources</li><li>Good written and spoken English communication</li><li>Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable</li></ul>What We Look For<ul><li>Analytical mindset: You question numbers and look for root causes</li><li>Business thinking: You understand how operational errors impact revenue, margins, and customer experience</li><li>Ownership mentality: You take responsibility and follow issues through to resolution</li><li>Execution strength: You value structure, accuracy, and completion</li><li>Learning attitude: You are curious about systems, processes, and how the business operates</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Exposure to e-commerce or wholesale operations</li><li>Basic understanding of margins, COGS, and inventory flows</li><li>Experience working with international or remote teams</li></ul>Growth OpportunityThis role offers long-term growth potential in the company based on performance and learning.Important: This is a full-time position and requires exclusive engagement.
