Work Hours: 40–45 hours per week with minimum 4 hours overlap with New York business hours, based on business needs.

Compensation

PKR 150,000 – 170,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring daily operational data is accurate, reconciled, and actionable.

You will not just pull reports — you will understand what the numbers mean, question inconsistencies, and proactively flag issues, trends, and risks. The role requires strong analytical thinking, business awareness, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Reconciliation

• Reconcile daily orders, shipments, returns, and cancellations across Shopify, Odoo ERP, and sales channels
• Monitor fulfillment status and identify delays, mismatches, or system issues
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to resolve operational issues
• Ensure inventory movements and order statuses are accurately reflected in systems
• Additional tasks assigned as needed

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Track and monitor key KPIs, including:
• Order accuracy
• Fulfillment timelines
• Returns and cancellations
• Inventory discrepancies
• Perform basic margin and sales analysis and flag anomalies such as pricing errors, unusual costs, or negative margins

Business & Analytical Support

• Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and recurring issues in operational data
• Ask the right questions when data does not align
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for management (what happened, why it matters, what to check)
• Support management with clean, reliable data for decision-making

Process Discipline

• Follow established SOPs for reporting and reconciliation
• Help improve documentation and reporting processes
• Support audits, system reviews, and data clean-ups when required

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in operations, reporting, finance support, or business analysis
• Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo experience preferred)
• Strong Excel skills, including:
• Pivot tables
• XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
• IF formulas
• Basic automation using structured templates and repeatable workflows
• Comfortable working with large datasets and reconciling multiple data sources
• Good written and spoken English communication
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
