Location: Winter Garden, FL Type: Part TimeJob SummaryThe Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for shaping and elevating Future Home Integration&rsquo;s online presence across all major platforms. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and technical skill to produce high-quality content that highlights our craftsmanship, innovations, and client experiences in the smart home industry. You&rsquo;ll develop engaging posts, edit short-form video, manage content calendars, and collaborate with our internal team to ensure our brand is represented with excellence.Ideal for someone who is passionate about digital media, enjoys visual creativity, and thrives in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Editing<ul><li>Develop original content including short-form video, photography, graphics, and written posts.</li><li>Edit and polish video clips for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).</li><li>Produce clean, high-quality visuals that reflect a luxury-brand aesthetic.</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage the company&rsquo;s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.</li><li>Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and project milestones.</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and nurture audience growth.</li><li>Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach and results.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Work with leadership and sales teams to promote featured projects, case studies, and new offerings.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.</li><li>Develop creative ideas that highlight smart home technology and our high-end client experience.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Internal Support<ul><li>Capture on-site content during installations, walkthroughs, and finished projects (with team support).</li><li>Coordinate with technicians and project managers to time content around real project progress.</li><li>Support occasional marketing tasks such as email campaigns, website updates, or digital ads.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.</li><li>Strong video editing skills (Reels/TikTok/Shorts style).</li><li>Ability to produce visually appealing content in line with a luxury/residential brand.</li><li>Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.</li><li>Comfortable capturing content on-site, sometimes in active construction environments.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.</li><li>Understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.</li><li>Interest in smart home technology, design, or residential construction.</li><li>Experience growing social accounts or managing brand pages.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or basic analytics tools.</li></ul>Culture &amp; Values AlignmentOur work blends technology, design, and craftsmanship &mdash; and our culture reflects that.
