Job Summary

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for shaping and elevating Future Home Integration’s online presence across all major platforms. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and technical skill to produce high-quality content that highlights our craftsmanship, innovations, and client experiences in the smart home industry. You’ll develop engaging posts, edit short-form video, manage content calendars, and collaborate with our internal team to ensure our brand is represented with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

• Develop original content including short-form video, photography, graphics, and written posts.
• Edit and polish video clips for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Produce clean, high-quality visuals that reflect a luxury-brand aesthetic.

Social Media Management

• Manage the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and project milestones.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and nurture audience growth.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach and results.

Brand & Marketing Support

• Work with leadership and sales teams to promote featured projects, case studies, and new offerings.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Develop creative ideas that highlight smart home technology and our high-end client experience.

Collaboration & Internal Support

• Capture on-site content during installations, walkthroughs, and finished projects (with team support).
• Coordinate with technicians and project managers to time content around real project progress.
• Support occasional marketing tasks such as email campaigns, website updates, or digital ads.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong video editing skills (Reels/TikTok/Shorts style).
• Ability to produce visually appealing content in line with a luxury/residential brand.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.
• Comfortable capturing content on-site, sometimes in active construction environments.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Interest in smart home technology, design, or residential construction.
• Experience growing social accounts or managing brand pages.
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or basic analytics tools.
