Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a strong customer base, building long-term relationships with clients.- Drive sales of LV switchgear projects across the UAE market.- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical proposal to order execution, delivery coordination, and payment collection.- Provide technical support and guidance to clients to ensure optimal, compliant solutions.- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.- Coordinate closely with internal teams on production, logistics, and supply chain management to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.Requirements:- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- Minimum 3+ years of experience in LV switchgear sales or a related sales field within the UAE market.- In-depth knowledge of LV switchgear systems, standards, and applications.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Valid UAE driving license.What We Offer:- Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives (based on experience and performance).- Company car for business use with Fuel, Salik, and related travel allowances covered by the company.⁠- Opportunity to collaborate and work with leading switchgear brands.- Complete technical and product training provided.- Growth-oriented and supportive work environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
