Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage a strong customer base, building long-term relationships with clients.

- Drive sales of LV switchgear projects across the UAE market.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical proposal to order execution, delivery coordination, and payment collection.

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients to ensure optimal, compliant solutions.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

- Coordinate closely with internal teams on production, logistics, and supply chain management to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in LV switchgear sales or a related sales field within the UAE market.

- In-depth knowledge of LV switchgear systems, standards, and applications.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Valid UAE driving license.
