About the Company:
Pearl Industries LLC is a leading HVAC and building solutions company specializing in ducting, garbage chute systems, and related engineering services. We’re expanding our Garbage Chute Division and looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for garbage chute systems.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and project proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of garbage chute systems or building materials in the UAE.
• Strong technical understanding of chute systems and site requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
