Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment tailored specifically for toddlers. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and develop essential skills during their formative years. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's growth and learning while working in a supportive and dynamic setting.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional skills.</li><li>Foster a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.</li><li>Engage children in interactive activities that support classroom management, physical education, and early intervention strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs, and support child welfare initiatives.</li><li>Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain an organized space conducive to learning and play.</li><li>Incorporate educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences tailored for toddlers.</li><li>Conduct assessments using standardized testing where appropriate to monitor developmental milestones and inform lesson planning.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is essential.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and early intervention techniques.</li><li>Experience developing curriculum content that includes literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities for toddlers.</li><li>Classroom experience with toddler care, including implementing lesson plans that foster social skills and cognitive growth.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children&rsquo;s families.</li><li>Familiarity with special education practices and adaptations for children with diverse learning needs is preferred.</li><li>Join us in shaping the future by nurturing the youngest learners!
