Now we&rsquo;re ready to bring that same level of quality to our online presence.The OpportunityWe&rsquo;re hiring a Social Media &amp; Marketing Manager who can own the day-to-day voice, content, and engagement across all three brands. This isn&rsquo;t a desk-only job. You&rsquo;ll be in the shop, out in the field, on the water, and on job sites capturing real content that shows customers who we are and how we work.You&rsquo;ll partner with our external agency (Vital in Portsmouth) on bigger campaigns and paid media, while taking charge of the organic side&mdash;social channels, content creation, email campaigns, and brand storytelling.This is a high-visibility role with room to grow.What You&rsquo;ll Do1. Social Media &amp; Community Management<ul><li>Manage and grow social channels for FWM Docks, Rugged Trailers, and FWM Inc.</li><li>Build content calendars, post consistently, engage with followers, answer messages, and establish each brand&rsquo;s unique online voice.</li><li>Create platform-specific content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X/Twitter.</li></ul>2. Content Creation &amp; Field Storytelling<ul><li>Spend time on the floor in Hudson gathering photo and video content.</li><li>Join dock installation crews across the Northeast and capture how our projects come together&mdash;residential, commercial, camp, municipal, and industrial.</li><li>Produce high-quality Reels, Shorts, Stories, customer spotlights, and behind-the-scenes clips that bring our brands to life.</li><li>Document trailer builds, weld quality, dock manufacturing, heat exchanger production, new product launches, and more.</li></ul>3. Email Marketing &amp; HubSpot Execution<ul><li>Own HubSpot email marketing&mdash;newsletters, promos, nurture workflows, list segmentation.</li><li>Keep B2C and B2B audiences engaged with consistent, targeted communication.</li><li>Make sure leads captured from social and email route properly to sales.</li></ul>4. Brand Strategy &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Work side-by-side with Vital on web updates, paid pushes, and larger campaigns.</li><li>Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and tone across all customer-facing channels.</li><li>Identify opportunities to elevate how we present ourselves online, from content ideas to new storytelling series.</li></ul>5. Analytics &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Track and report KPIs: reach, engagement, traffic, leads, email performance.</li><li>Use data to refine what you&rsquo;re doing and help shape the long-term digital strategy.</li></ul>Who You AreYou&rsquo;re a mix of creative, strategic, and hands-on.
