We are the leading PT provider in the U.S. and are in need of a visionary like you to fill our Front Desk/ PT Tech position!Duties<ul><li>Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Manage phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.</li><li>Maintain patient records accurately using electronic health record systems; experience with Prompt EMR is a plus</li><li>Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient files.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as verifying insurance information and processing patient forms.</li><li>Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication.</li><li>Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.</li><li>Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.</li><li>Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.</li><li>Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.</li><li>Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient at handling incoming calls, phone etiquette and customer service skills.</li><li>Strong clerical abilities with attention to detail in administrative tasks.</li><li>Experience in a health, wellness or medical setting is advantageous.</li><li>Knowledge of medical insurance verification principles is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Comfortable with computers, ability to handle uploading and downloading files as well as navigating email</li><li>Competent phone skills</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.</li><li>Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.</li><li>Friendly, professional, and dependable.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
