We value team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to showcase their food industry expertise.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication with the kitchen and bar staff</li><li>Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience</li><li>Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to uphold health standards</li><li>Support bussing and table maintenance to keep the dining area clean and inviting</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly</li><li>Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations</li><li>Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is advantageous</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions</li><li>Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
