We offer a dynamic work environment that encourages innovation, professional growth, and long-term career stability.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to lead project planning, scheduling, and progress control activities for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex project schedules while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. We require a proactive professional who can independently drive planning activities, mitigate project risks, and support management in delivering projects on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, manage, and update the project baseline schedule in line with contract requirements and project deliverables.</li><li>Prepare detailed construction schedules, including work breakdown structures (WBS), activity sequencing, and resource-loaded programs.</li><li>Monitor project progress through regular site visits and coordination with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.</li><li>Lead the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPI-based performance summaries.</li><li>Analyze schedule deviations and delays, and develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies.</li><li>Review and validate subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines.</li><li>Forecast project timelines, manpower requirements, productivity trends, and anticipated delays.</li><li>Prepare progress charts, S-curves, histograms, and other planning visuals for internal and client presentations.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, commercial, and technical teams to ensure schedule integration with material deliveries, subcontractor activities, and project changes.</li><li>Support contractual claims, extension of time (EoT) submissions, and delay analysis documentation.</li><li>Lead planning-related meetings and present schedule performance to management and clients.</li><li>Maintain all planning documentation, logs, and records in a structured and auditable manner.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies Required<ul><li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and resource planning for high-rise projects.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and planning analytics tools.</li><li>Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/report preparation.</li><li>Ability to interpret complex project drawings (civil, MEP, structural) and technical specifications.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently and lead planning functions with minimal supervision.</li><li>Experience supporting EoT claims, delay analysis, and forensic planning is an advantage.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of total construction experience, with at least 5+ years in a planning role focused on high-rise building projects in the UAE (mandatory).</li><li>Proven experience in project planning for large-scale, fast-track construction projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>planning engineer: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>

Sr. Planning Engineer

Job Title: Senior Site Engineer Department: Construction / Site Operations Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer Location: Project Site &ndash; UAE Experience Required: 10&ndash;12 years (High-rise Building Projects Mandatory)Job Summary:The Site Engineer is responsible for executing and supervising site activities in alignment with project specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols. This role ensures accurate implementation of engineering designs, coordination with subcontractors, and smooth day-to-day operations on site.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations in coordination with the Project Manager and technical team.</li><li>Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements, and ensure work is executed accordingly.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, safety, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely execution of activities.</li><li>Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site documentation, and as-built updates.</li><li>Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion as per baseline program.</li><li>Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment on site with minimal wastage.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals, and resolving technical queries (RFIs).</li><li>Ensure strict implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at the site.</li><li>Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and work schedules.</li><li>Participate in project review meetings and provide technical input on planning and execution.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects in the UAE, with at least 8 years in high-rise buildings.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations.</li><li>Proficient in reading drawings (architectural, structural, MEP coordination).</li><li>Good knowledge of site documentation, inspections, and project coordination.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE construction codes and municipality standards (e.g., DM, Trakhees, etc.).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.</li><li>Ability to manage site teams under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (Primavera/MS Project is a plus).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>construction : 8 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
