Company Description

Established in 1993, G & B Contracting LLC is a leading construction company in the UAE, recognized for delivering complex and prestigious high-rise developments across the region. Our project portfolio includes iconic towers, residential buildings, and commercial complexes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies for manpower hiring, candidate selection, and mobilization follow-up.
  • Prepare and submit visa-related HR expenses including Noqodi bills, MOHRE bills, and cash bills.
  • Coordinate with typists for MOL and visa typing and follow up for approvals and authority queries.
  • Provide approved visas to recruitment agencies and follow up on employee arrival and onboarding.
  • Process additions and deletions in the company’s medical insurance system and maintain updated records.
  • Prepare and issue employee documents such as offer letters, experience letters, salary certificates, and joining files, including proper physical documentation.
  • Maintain custody of employee passports with accurate records, ensuring secure handling and timely issuance.
  • Update Xpedeon system including adding new employees, processing salary advances, and configuring salary elements.
  • Arrange DHA medical tests, Emirates ID typing, and handle new and renewal visa stamping procedures.
  • Receive, categorize, and dispatch site documents to sites/camps based on requirement.
  • Coordinate travel and ticket booking requests with the Purchase Department according to eligibility and approved destinations.
  • Generate Emigrate contracts for overseas manpower.
  • Process monthly router and Wi-Fi payments.
  • Arrange payroll cards for new employees.
  • Conduct employee inductions and coordinate the creation of email IDs and mobile SIM cards for new joiners.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)
  • Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
