This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping immigrants navigate the U.S. immigration system.About the RoleAs an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our attorneys with complex immigration matters, ensuring all filings are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with immigration law.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft and prepare petitions, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents</li><li>Conduct legal research and case analysis for attorneys</li><li>Assist with complex case filings, including asylum, waivers, and employment-based visas</li><li>Communicate with clients and government agencies (e.g., USCIS, NVC, EOIR) on case matters</li><li>Monitor changes in immigration law and help update internal policies and procedures</li><li>Train and mentor junior legal assistants and case managers</li><li>Review case filings for accuracy and compliance with immigration laws</li><li>Assist attorneys in trial preparation and hearings</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and deadlines</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, client-centered experience</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal</li><li>Prior experience in U.S. immigration law required (business immigration is a plus)</li><li>Bilingual (required): Native-level or advanced Spanish &amp; English (SP/EN)</li><li>Strong legal research and writing skills</li><li>Exceptional ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proficiency with legal software such as Clio is a strong plus</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Compensation: $60,000&ndash;$68,000 per year (based on experience)</li><li>401(k) with employer matching</li><li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance</li><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li><li>Student loan reimbursement up to $5,250 annually</li></ul>How to ApplyTo be considered, please email your resume and cover letter to Ksilva@BridgerLaw.comApplications without a cover letter will not be considered.Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
