GFaceMD is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to support our newest Massachusetts location in Boston&rsquo;s South End. This role is ideal for someone who loves to learn, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited to contribute to a growing boutique practice, a rapidly expanding skincare line (Soyier Skin), and a global aesthetics conference (FACEit Live).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct support to patients and medical providers</li><li>Manage scheduling, answer pre-visit questions, and handle inbound calls</li><li>Open and close the office; maintain a clean and organized environment</li><li>Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry and medical record updates</li><li>Welcome patients and ensure a seamless, elevated in-office experience</li><li>Assist with retail sales and order fulfillment for the Soyier Skin Collection</li><li>Maintain inventory and restock patient rooms</li><li>Support the Administrative Leadership Team as needed</li><li>Upload before/after photos into patient charts</li><li>Coordinate email communications and patient reward programs</li></ul>No two days are the same and we&rsquo;re excited to see what strengths you bring to our team!Qualifications:<ul><li>High level of professionalism and strong written/verbal communication</li><li>Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or a medical office</li><li>Superior client-service mindset and ability to multitask</li><li>Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Eager to learn, grow, and refine your professional skillset</li><li>Ability to travel between practice locations for training when needed</li><li>Passion for medical aesthetics</li><li>Social media, marketing, or content creation experience is a plus</li></ul>What This Role Means for YouYou will be an essential part of the patient experience at GFaceMD.
