GFaceMD is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to support our newest Massachusetts location in Boston’s South End. This role is ideal for someone who loves to learn, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited to contribute to a growing boutique practice, a rapidly expanding skincare line (Soyier Skin), and a global aesthetics conference (FACEit Live).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to patients and medical providers
  • Manage scheduling, answer pre-visit questions, and handle inbound calls
  • Open and close the office; maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry and medical record updates
  • Welcome patients and ensure a seamless, elevated in-office experience
  • Assist with retail sales and order fulfillment for the Soyier Skin Collection
  • Maintain inventory and restock patient rooms
  • Support the Administrative Leadership Team as needed
  • Upload before/after photos into patient charts
  • Coordinate email communications and patient reward programs

Qualifications:

  • High level of professionalism and strong written/verbal communication
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or a medical office
  • Superior client-service mindset and ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn, grow, and refine your professional skillset
  • Ability to travel between practice locations for training when needed
  • Passion for medical aesthetics
  • Social media, marketing, or content creation experience is a plus
