We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join our Ar Rayyan team and act as the strategic link between our environmental missions and our financial performance.In this role, you aren&rsquo;t just &quot;crunching numbers&quot;&mdash;you are a strategic consultant. You will work side-by-side with our operational leads to turn green initiatives into profitable realities, ensuring that our growth is both ecologically responsible and financially sound.Your Mission<ul><li>Strategic Advisory: Act as a key advisor to department heads, providing financial insights that guide operational strategy and long-term sustainability goals.</li><li>Commercial Insights: Go beyond the ledger to deliver high-impact analysis on project profitability, resource allocation, and ROI for new &quot;green&quot; ventures.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting: Drive the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, ensuring they reflect the dynamic nature of our growing industry.</li><li>Performance Storytelling: Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership.</li><li>Efficiency Advocacy: Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements across our Ar Rayyan operations.</li><li>Risk Management: Proactively identify financial and commercial risks, developing mitigation strategies to protect the company&rsquo;s long-term interests.</li></ul>The Profile We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience: 6&ndash;10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering or Commercial Finance capacity.
