Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join our Ar Rayyan team and act as the strategic link between our environmental missions and our financial performance.

In this role, you aren’t just "crunching numbers"—you are a strategic consultant. You will work side-by-side with our operational leads to turn green initiatives into profitable realities, ensuring that our growth is both ecologically responsible and financially sound.

Your Mission

• Strategic Advisory: Act as a key advisor to department heads, providing financial insights that guide operational strategy and long-term sustainability goals.
• Commercial Insights: Go beyond the ledger to deliver high-impact analysis on project profitability, resource allocation, and ROI for new "green" ventures.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, ensuring they reflect the dynamic nature of our growing industry.
• Performance Storytelling: Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Efficiency Advocacy: Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements across our Ar Rayyan operations.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify financial and commercial risks, developing mitigation strategies to protect the company’s long-term interests.

The Profile We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6–10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering or Commercial Finance capacity. Experience in Renewable Energy, Agriculture, or Sustainability-focused sectors is a significant plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Credentials: Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, or CPA is highly preferred.
• Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Odoo) and advanced data visualization skills (Power BI or Tableau).
• Influencing Skills: A natural communicator who can challenge the status quo and influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Values-Driven: A passion for sustainability and an understanding of how ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factors impact financial health.
