We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients.We are seeking a reliable, professional, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to join our office team to support the president whom is still very active in the field. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly and professionally while supporting daily administrative and customer service needs.Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMPay: Negotiable based on experienceJob Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative and personal assistant support in an office setting</li><li>Answer phones and make phone calls professionally</li><li>Assist with customer service and client communication</li><li>Draft, edit, and proofread emails, documents, and other written communication</li><li>Use G Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar</li><li>Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity to assist with communication, organization, and workflow efficiency</li><li>Perform data entry and other clerical tasks accurately</li><li>Help manage schedules, appointments, and office-related tasks</li><li>Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in daily operations</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Must be able to work in-office Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM</li><li>Must be tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools (Must be comfortable using APPLE products)</li><li>Must have strong typing skills and type at a good speed</li><li>Must have strong grammar, spelling, and written communication skills</li><li>Must be comfortable using AI tools</li><li>Must be proficient with G Suite</li><li>Must have strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Must be dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Traits:<ul><li>Professional phone etiquette</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed</li><li>Able to anticipate needs</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
