Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while also handling onboarding formalities and employee documentation when required. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a good understanding of hiring practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring.</li><li>Post job openings on portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.</li><li>Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.</li><li>Handle joining formalities and onboarding processes.</li><li>Maintain and verify employee records and documentation.</li><li>Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes comply with company policies.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
