HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while also handling onboarding formalities and employee documentation when required. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a good understanding of hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring.
  • Post job openings on portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Handle joining formalities and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and verify employee records and documentation.
  • Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes comply with company policies.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
