As we continue to expand our capabilities and scale our operations, we are looking for an HR Analyst who will play a critical role in managing our recruitment process from start to finish.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Analyst to join our team and own the end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our organization’s growth. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our hiring practices are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with DQ’s values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Attraction: Lead the recruitment strategy for sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Job Postings & Advertising: Write and manage job descriptions, ensuring alignment with the company’s needs and maintaining a consistent voice across all platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed decisions.
  • Offer Management: Lead the offer negotiation process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from offer extension to acceptance.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the coordination of the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into DQ’s culture.
  • Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, provide reports on hiring progress, and continuously improve the recruitment process based on data insights.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or any related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers across various levels.
  • High level of organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
