We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Install, Parts, and Inventory Manager to oversee all aspects of installation scheduling, equipment ordering, and inventory management. This position plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate installation scheduling to ensure timely completion of jobs.</li><li>Order HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies for upcoming installs and repairs.</li><li>Manage and track inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure materials are properly stocked.</li><li>Register new equipment with manufacturers and process extended labor and parts warranties.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases, deliveries, and stock levels.</li><li>Communicate with installers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure job readiness.</li><li>Work closely with the operations team to streamline workflow and reduce delays.</li><li>Handle warranty claims and ensure proper documentation and processing.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in HVAC operations, inventory management, or installation coordination required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, parts, and equipment.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficient with inventory tracking systems, spreadsheets, and related software.</li><li>Reliable, trustworthy, and team-oriented.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience.</li><li>Health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits available.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>Opportunity for career growth within a reputable company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
