We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Install, Parts, and Inventory Manager to oversee all aspects of installation scheduling, equipment ordering, and inventory management. This position plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate installation scheduling to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Order HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies for upcoming installs and repairs.
• Manage and track inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure materials are properly stocked.
• Register new equipment with manufacturers and process extended labor and parts warranties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases, deliveries, and stock levels.
• Communicate with installers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure job readiness.
• Work closely with the operations team to streamline workflow and reduce delays.
• Handle warranty claims and ensure proper documentation and processing.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC operations, inventory management, or installation coordination required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, parts, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with inventory tracking systems, spreadsheets, and related software.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and team-oriented.
