Join our pediatric and orthodontic dental team in Northglenn and be the friendly, organized face that keeps both insurance and the front desk on point.About the roleAs our Insurance Billing &amp; Front Desk Representative, you&rsquo;ll split your time between insurance/billing tasks and front desk responsibilities. You&rsquo;ll verify insurance, help get claims paid, communicate clearly with parents about finances, and support scheduling and check‑in/check‑out to keep each day flowing.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Insurance &amp; billing</li><li>Verify eligibility and detailed dental benefits before visits (annual max, frequencies, waiting periods, exclusions, downgrades).</li><li>Enter and update insurance plans and fee schedules in our software.</li><li>Submit clean claims with correct attachments and narratives, post EOBs/ERAs, and help work aging/AR to resolve unpaid or denied claims.</li><li>Front desk &amp; scheduling</li><li>Greet and check in patients, update information, and collect copays and balances.​</li><li>Help confirm appointments, reduce no‑shows, and protect high‑value time slots in the schedule.​</li><li>Support check‑out: review treatment, schedule next visits, and explain financial expectations.</li><li>Patient communication &amp; teamwork</li><li>Explain benefits and out‑of‑pocket costs to parents in clear, simple language.</li><li>Partner with assistants, doctors, and the rest of the front office to keep the day on time and stress‑free for families.​</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for<ul><li>Experience</li><li>1&ndash;2+ years of dental or medical billing and front office experience (dental strongly preferred).</li><li>Experience with insurance verification, claims, and EOB posting is strongly preferred.</li><li>Skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data entry.​</li><li>Confident, kind communicator with patients, especially worried or confused parents.</li><li>Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a busy pediatric/ortho environment.</li><li>Language &amp; tech</li><li>Spanish speaking strongly preferred.​</li><li>Comfortable with dental practice management software and insurance/clearinghouse portals.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love working with us<ul><li>Positive, kid‑focused culture where we have fun while taking great care of families.​</li><li>Supportive doctors and leadership who value clear systems and great communication.</li><li>Competitive pay, benefits, and room to grow in our multi‑location pediatric and orthodontic group.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dental receptionist: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Insurance verification: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
