About Us Gabriel Health Institute is a leading CNA &amp; PCT school in Central Florida, training thousands of students for careers in healthcare over the past 12 years. We are expanding into new programs and seeking a Curriculum Designer to create engaging, student-centered curriculum for our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Phlebotomy programs.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design student-focused learning materials including lesson plans, slides, activities, assessments, and clinical/lab guides.</li><li>Develop content that aligns with the overall program framework and supports seamless progression across CNA, PCT, and Phlebotomy programs.</li><li>Ensure instructional design supports Florida CIE/state requirements and national certification standards.</li><li>Modularize curriculum for flexible delivery (in-person, hybrid, and online).</li><li>Collaborate with our RN Program Director and faculty to maintain compliance and integrate real-world practice.</li><li>Continuously improve curriculum based on student outcomes and instructor feedback.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Nursing, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Proven experience designing curriculum for healthcare, vocational, or adult education programs.</li><li>Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.</li><li>Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with accreditation/compliance requirements for allied health programs a plus.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Flexible work environment (remote curriculum design possible).</li><li>Opportunity to impact the next generation of healthcare professionals.</li><li>Mission-driven culture dedicated to student success and workforce advancement.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you describe your experience designing curriculum for healthcare, vocational, or adult education programs?
