Non-exclusive.We are seeking an organized, resourceful, and proactive House Manager/Personal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of a private residence while providing direct personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will ensure the home runs smoothly, efficiently, and is maintained to a high standard while assisting with personal tasks, scheduling, and special projects. This position requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the home, ensuring all systems and processes function seamlessly.</li><li>Maintain household budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor payments.</li><li>Schedule and supervise regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure a well-maintained property.</li><li>Organize and manage private events or gatherings as needed.</li><li>Keep track of household supplies, ensuring essentials are always stocked.</li><li>Handle household shopping for groceries, supplies, and other necessities, ensuring quality and timely procurement.</li><li>Supervise and ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to high standards, maintaining a pristine home environment.</li><li>Oversee and manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and wardrobe organization.</li><li>Coordinate mowing, landscaping, and other outdoor maintenance to keep the property aesthetically pleasing and functional.</li><li>Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance, including regular servicing, cleaning, and registrations.</li><li>Assist with meal preparation and planning, accommodating dietary preferences and schedules as needed.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling communication, scheduling, and appointments.</li><li>Work with the CEO&rsquo;s personal and professional calendar, ensuring no conflicts or missed deadlines.</li><li>Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and prepare necessary documents.</li><li>Run errands, including pickups, deliveries, and miscellaneous tasks.</li><li>Manage personal projects, including research, bookings, and coordinating vendors or contractors.</li><li>Handle personal shopping, including gifts, wardrobe updates, and seasonal items.</li><li>Coordinate special requests and assist in managing the CEO&rsquo;s personal and family affairs</li></ul>The schedule is flexible, but roughly 3 hours/day three days a week.Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>A valid drivers license is required.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Personal assistant experience: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
