We are seeking an organized, resourceful, and proactive House Manager/Personal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of a private residence while providing direct personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will ensure the home runs smoothly, efficiently, and is maintained to a high standard while assisting with personal tasks, scheduling, and special projects. This position requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the home, ensuring all systems and processes function seamlessly.
- Maintain household budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor payments.
- Schedule and supervise regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure a well-maintained property.
- Organize and manage private events or gatherings as needed.
- Keep track of household supplies, ensuring essentials are always stocked.
- Handle household shopping for groceries, supplies, and other necessities, ensuring quality and timely procurement.
- Supervise and ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to high standards, maintaining a pristine home environment.
- Oversee and manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and wardrobe organization.
- Coordinate mowing, landscaping, and other outdoor maintenance to keep the property aesthetically pleasing and functional.
- Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance, including regular servicing, cleaning, and registrations.
- Assist with meal preparation and planning, accommodating dietary preferences and schedules as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling communication, scheduling, and appointments.
- Work with the CEO’s personal and professional calendar, ensuring no conflicts or missed deadlines.
- Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and prepare necessary documents.
- Run errands, including pickups, deliveries, and miscellaneous tasks.
- Manage personal projects, including research, bookings, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
- Handle personal shopping, including gifts, wardrobe updates, and seasonal items.
- Coordinate special requests and assist in managing the CEO’s personal and family affairs
The schedule is flexible, but roughly 3 hours/day three days a week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
