We process, refurbish, test, and resell enterprise IT equipment such as Apple devices, computers, servers, and networking equipment. We are now building a custom in-house ERP system &amp; A Custom testing softwares for computers to streamline operations, improve workflow efficiency, and support our continued expansion.Position OverviewWe are hiring a highly skilled Software Developer to work on-site in Pakistan who will develop and manage Galide&rsquo;s custom ERP software. This individual must be technically strong, fluent in English, and able to work independently during US night hours.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, test, and deploy a custom ERP platform to support Galide&rsquo;s ITAD operations.</li><li>Build modules for:</li><li>Inventory management</li><li>Device testing workflows</li><li>Grading &amp; refurbishment tracking</li><li>Shipping &amp; logistics</li><li>eBay listing support</li><li>Reporting dashboards</li><li>Work directly with management to understand processes and translate them into system requirements.</li><li>Maintain existing tools and create new ones to improve internal operations.</li><li>Integrate external APIs (eBay, shipping carriers, marketplaces, testing tools).</li><li>Ensure clean, scalable, and well-documented code.</li><li>Perform troubleshooting, QA, and continuous improvements.</li><li>Attend meetings and collaborate with US-based teams during night shift.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Software Developer (3+ years preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of programming languages such as:</li><li>JavaScript / Node.js</li><li>Python</li><li>PHP / Laravel</li><li>Java</li><li>C# / .NET</li><li>Experience building or working with ERP or business management systems.</li><li>Familiarity with Git, SQL databases, and software development tools.</li><li>Ability to understand business workflows&mdash;experience in ITAD/e-waste/refurbishment is a strong plus.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.</li><li>Fluent English speaking and writing.</li><li>Must have own computer/laptop and reliable internet.</li><li>Must be willing to work on-site during night shift (Pakistan time).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Knowledge of marketplace integrations (eBay, Amazon).</li><li>Experience creating automation/testing systems for electronics.</li><li>Prior experience working with US companies.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on skill and experience.</li><li>On-site work environment with strong team collaboration.</li><li>Opportunity to build a full ERP system from scratch.</li><li>Stable, long-term job with growth opportunities.</li><li>Direct involvement with company leadership.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates should send:<ul><li>Resume/CV</li><li>Portfolio or sample work (GitHub links preferred)</li><li>Details of previous ERP or software projects</li><li>Expected monthly salary (PKR)</li><li>Confirmation of availability for night shift</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
