About Galide

Galide is a rapidly growing IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company based in the United States. We process, refurbish, test, and resell enterprise IT equipment such as Apple devices, computers, servers, and networking equipment.
We are now building a custom in-house ERP system & A Custom testing softwares for computers to streamline operations, improve workflow efficiency, and support our continued expansion.

Position Overview

We are hiring a highly skilled Software Developer to work on-site in Pakistan who will develop and manage Galide’s custom ERP software. This individual must be technically strong, fluent in English, and able to work independently during US night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy a custom ERP platform to support Galide’s ITAD operations.
• Build modules for:
• Inventory management
• Device testing workflows
• Grading & refurbishment tracking
• Shipping & logistics
• eBay listing support
• Reporting dashboards
• Work directly with management to understand processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Maintain existing tools and create new ones to improve internal operations.
• Integrate external APIs (eBay, shipping carriers, marketplaces, testing tools).
• Ensure clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Perform troubleshooting, QA, and continuous improvements.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with US-based teams during night shift.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Developer (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as:
• JavaScript / Node.js
• Python
• PHP / Laravel
• Java
• C# / .NET
• Experience building or working with ERP or business management systems.
• Familiarity with Git, SQL databases, and software development tools.
• Ability to understand business workflows—experience in ITAD/e-waste/refurbishment is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Must have own computer/laptop and reliable internet.
• Must be willing to work on-site during night shift (Pakistan time).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of marketplace integrations (eBay, Amazon).
• Experience creating automation/testing systems for electronics.
• Prior experience working with US companies.
