Job Description:Gallery 484 is seeking a creative, social-media-savvy Content Creator to elevate our online presence and attract high-end clientele.This role is focused on content creation, social media growth, and lead generation &mdash; not event planning.The ideal candidate understands luxury branding, knows how to capture the right moment, and can write short, catchy captions that convert interest into bookings.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Capture high-quality photo and video during select events</li></ul><ul><li>Create and post engaging Instagram content (posts, reels, stories)</li></ul><ul><li>Write short, catchy, luxury-tone captions and hooks</li></ul><ul><li>Grow followers organically and increase engagement</li></ul><ul><li>Generate leads and inquiries through social media</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor DMs and comments professionally</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a consistent upscale brand aesthetic</li></ul><ul><li>Track basic performance metrics</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience managing Instagram for hospitality, nightlife, or luxury brands</li></ul><ul><li>Strong eye for elegant, high-end visuals</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent short-form caption writing skills</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortable filming and photographing in low-light lounge environments</li></ul><ul><li>Skilled with Adobe Suites, Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools</li></ul><ul><li>Self-starter who can work independently</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to attend occasional evening events for content capture</li></ul>Highly Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with cigar, spirits, or nightlife brands</li></ul><ul><li>Basic knowledge of lead generation through social media</li></ul><ul><li>Familiar with Instagram growth strategies</li></ul>Compensation:Full-Time &mdash; Hourly or Monthly Retainer (based on experience)Growth opportunity within the Gallery 484 luxury brandTo Apply:Please submit:<ul><li>Resume</li></ul><ul><li>Instagram accounts you have managed</li></ul><ul><li>Sample posts or portfolio (strongly preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.45 - $29.45 per hourExpected hours: No less than 49 per weekWork Location: In person
