Social Media and Content Creator

Job Description:

Gallery 484 is seeking a creative, social-media-savvy Content Creator to elevate our online presence and attract high-end clientele.

This role is focused on content creation, social media growth, and lead generation — not event planning.

The ideal candidate understands luxury branding, knows how to capture the right moment, and can write short, catchy captions that convert interest into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photo and video during select events

• Create and post engaging Instagram content (posts, reels, stories)

• Write short, catchy, luxury-tone captions and hooks

• Grow followers organically and increase engagement

• Generate leads and inquiries through social media

• Monitor DMs and comments professionally

• Maintain a consistent upscale brand aesthetic

• Track basic performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Instagram for hospitality, nightlife, or luxury brands

• Strong eye for elegant, high-end visuals

• Excellent short-form caption writing skills

• Comfortable filming and photographing in low-light lounge environments

• Skilled with Adobe Suites, Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools

• Self-starter who can work independently

• Must be able to attend occasional evening events for content capture

Highly Preferred:

• Experience with cigar, spirits, or nightlife brands

• Basic knowledge of lead generation through social media

• Familiar with Instagram growth strategies

Compensation:

Full-Time — Hourly or Monthly Retainer (based on experience)
