Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition (70%)<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from manpower requisition to offer rollout.</li><li>Understand hiring requirements in coordination with HODs </li><li>Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.</li><li>Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures and issue offer letters.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and recruitment metrics.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements..</li></ul>B.
