Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from manpower requisition to offer rollout.
  • Understand hiring requirements in coordination with HODs
  • Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures and issue offer letters.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements..

B. HR Operations & Support (30%)

  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new joiners, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases (physical and digital).
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures..
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications when required.
