We value diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every team member can thrive.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding anime merchandise, retro video games, collectibles, and related products.</li><li>Provide engaging product demonstrations to showcase game features or collectible quality, enhancing the shopping experience.</li><li>Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while handling cash and credit card payments accurately.</li><li>Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to highlight new arrivals and popular items.</li><li>Upsell complementary products such as accessories or related collectibles to maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Manage inventory levels by stock replenishment, organizing stockroom areas, and conducting regular stock checks.</li><li>Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions about products, store policies, or upcoming releases with clear communication and phone etiquette when assisting remotely.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of anime culture, retro video games, and related merchandise to assist customers effectively.</li><li>Previous retail sales experience with supervising responsibilities or team leadership skills preferred.</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.</li><li>Ability to perform product demos confidently while engaging customers in a friendly manner.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base better.</li><li>Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for customer interactions both in-store and over the phone.</li><li>Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining organized displays to enhance store presentation.
