Overview We are immediately hiring an experienced Store Manager well versed in managing and maintaining inventory control and efficient store operations in school stores. Interested candidates may please apply with your detailed resume (Preferably Sri Lankan) Major Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Efficiently manage the school stores for accurate record keeping and storage.</li><li>Manage daily administrative and operational tasks and assignments of the department.</li><li>Maintain receipts records and purchase orders of the central Store.</li><li>Checking the available stock on the system and requesting stocked items.</li><li>Receiving delivery notes goods acceptable conditions ordered quantities and matching to the original purchase order.</li><li>Receiving goods in the central Store making GRN and sending to the accounting department for the payment process.</li><li>Check incoming materials for quality and quantity against invoices purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.</li><li>Keeps and updates records of goods received and issued.</li><li>Manage and train store staff.</li><li>Periodic verification of inventory on hand and reconciling the stock in the ERP system.</li><li>Experience in data analysis and stock report comparison.</li><li>Manage financial transactions and document accounting procedures.</li></ul> Skills <ul><li>At least 3 years of relevant working experience in UAE.</li><li>Proficiency in English both written and oral strong coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent skills in all computer applications like Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel</li><li>Consistent accurate & thorough with an eye for detail and an aptitude for numbers.</li><li>Tally and advanced ERP proficiency.</li><li>Trustworthy with strong business integrity and a positive attitude.</li><li>Keep up with financial policies regulations etc.</li><li>Candidates with experience working in the education sector are preferred.</li></ul> Experience & Vacancy ManagerFull-TimeVacancy: 1<img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?DnLcRSskKu8fRk44%2fftr0pfnXq343as5c" width="0" height="0" />
