In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and beautifying outdoor environments through various landscaping tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our clients&rsquo; properties look their best all year round.Duties<ul><li>Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning using hand tools and power equipment</li><li>Operate machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently for construction or seasonal cleanup projects</li><li>Perform lawn care tasks like aeration, fertilization, and irrigation system installation or repair</li><li>Support tree care activities including trimming, planting, and removal while adhering to safety standards</li><li>Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures</li><li>Conduct gardening duties like planting flowers, shrubs, and trees with precision and care</li><li>Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience with landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential</li><li>Mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools, power tools, hand tools, and small machinery such as excavators is a plus</li><li>Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions including snow plowing during winter months</li><li>Knowledge of horticulture principles, lawn care techniques, and irrigation systems is advantageous</li><li>Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols when operating machinery or handling construction materials</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward completing tasks efficiently</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred for operating equipment or traveling between job sites</li></ul>Join us to help create beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your skills in landscaping!
