Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and beautifying outdoor environments through various landscaping tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our clients’ properties look their best all year round.

Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning using hand tools and power equipment
• Operate machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently for construction or seasonal cleanup projects
• Perform lawn care tasks like aeration, fertilization, and irrigation system installation or repair
• Support tree care activities including trimming, planting, and removal while adhering to safety standards
• Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures
• Conduct gardening duties like planting flowers, shrubs, and trees with precision and care
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use

Requirements

• Prior experience with landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools, power tools, hand tools, and small machinery such as excavators is a plus
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions including snow plowing during winter months
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, lawn care techniques, and irrigation systems is advantageous
• Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols when operating machinery or handling construction materials
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward completing tasks efficiently
• Valid driver’s license preferred for operating equipment or traveling between job sites
