Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and weed eating to keep grounds pristine and healthy
• Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, lawnmowers, and hedge cutters safely and efficiently
• Support planting projects by preparing soil, planting new greenery, and mulching beds to promote growth
• Perform grounds cleanup activities
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and team members at all times

Experience

• Prior outdoor work experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of landscaping and lawn care techniques
• Familiarity with the operation of equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and power tools
• Ability to follow safety procedures while handling tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality
