Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining and building beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including hardscaping, landscaping, drainage, and sod. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.

Duties

• Assist in hardscape projects, including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration of plants.
• Conduct tree pruning to maintain healthy growth and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
• Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects effectively and on time.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Skills

• Experience with hardscape installation is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, grinders, and blowers.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and proper watering techniques for diverse plant types preferred but not required
• Ability to perform tree trimming and basic gardening tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail in landscape maintenance practices.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
