Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and gardening to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery including excavators for landscaping projects and site preparation
• Perform tree care activities like pruning, trimming, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety
• Conduct junk removal by safely loading debris, old furniture, yard waste, and construction materials onto trucks for disposal or recycling
• Support hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
• Maintain equipment through routine checks and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of horticulture principles or tree care techniques will help you excel in this role
• Experience in construction or hardscape projects is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor throughout the day

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
