Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.</li><li>Liaise with auditors for internal and statutory audits.</li><li>Oversee reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and inter-company transactions.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management review.</li><li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.</li><li>Develop internal control policies and ensure adherence to financial discipline.</li><li>Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure timely completion of accounting activities.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments for cost management, vendor payments, and financial approvals.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com / M.Com); CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in accounting and financial management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software.</li><li>Excellent understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Good analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,315.67 - &#8377;55,825.65 per monthWork Location: In person

Manager Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, design, and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple projects.</li><li>Review and verify MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate between architectural, structural, and interior teams for integrated design and installation.</li><li>Supervise site execution for MEP works ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and safety norms.</li><li>Evaluate and approve materials, vendors, and subcontractors for MEP components.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.</li><li>Ensure adherence to energy efficiency, sustainability, and safety standards in system design and implementation.</li><li>Prepare and maintain documentation for approvals, progress reports, and compliance certifications.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during execution.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for necessary clearances.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire-fighting, and plumbing networks.</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office tools.</li><li>Understanding of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership abilities.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).</li><li>Postgraduate qualification in MEP / Project Management is an added advantage.</li><li>Having experience of 5-8 years</li></ul>Preferred Background:<ul><li>Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or industrial projects.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple MEP packages simultaneously.</li><li>Exposure to green building or energy-efficient design will be a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,532.18 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
